• How Long Till my Order Ships?

    Current Turn Around Time is available in the shop banner at the top of the site. We will ship on the last business day of the noted timeframe.

    Please note TAT includes the timeframe for the making of the bows and to ship the bows. It does not include the actual transit time to the customer. Orders are guaranteed to be processed and shipped during this TAT but once turned over to the shipping carrier the packages are no longer our responsibility.

    Orders are processed & shipped Monday - Friday only. Closed all major holidays observed by USPS.

  • How to Update my Order?

    Add onto Order

    Since all orders have a unique processing time we do not combine shipping. A new order and shipping fee will need to be paid.

    Change of Address

    Please chat or email any change of address requests to mamasgirlbowsandmore@gmail.com.

    Wrong address disclaimer: It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. We are not responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. If you have an address change, please notify us ASAP. We will do our best to make the change, however, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so once a label is already created.

  • How Long will Shipping Take?

    Shipping time varies based on distance from shop. Traditionally once turned over to USPS delivery is estimated in 5-7 days.

  • Shipping Delays

    While we will do all that we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Mama's Girl Bows is not to be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as delivery delays, severe weather, postal interruptions, etc. After a package is turned over to shipping carrier it is truly out of our hands, but we will always do our best to help track down any orders if problems arise. 

  • Where do you ship?

    Mama's Girl Bows currently only ships in the US (all 50 states). We do not ship internationally.

    Local Pick Up

    Mama's Girl Bows offers FREE local pick up in Springfield, MO market. Before placing an order send a chat and confirm pick up is readily available. TAT is same for Local Pick Up.

  • Who do you ship with?

    All product is shipped through United States Postal Services (USPS). We offer a $4.00 flat rate shipping or $9.00 priority shipping on all domestic orders. Free shipping is offered on orders over $35. Priority Shipping does not expediate the processing time.

  • Cancellations

    If an order needs to be canceled please email mamasgirlbowsandmore@gmail.com or send an instant chat. with Order #. Refunds take 24 to initiate the refund.

  • Returns

    We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

    To start a return, you can contact us at mamasgirlbowsandmore@gmail.com or start an instant chat. Customer is responsible for covering $4.00 US return shipping label if request is initiated by customer.

    If your return request is approved, we’ll send you a pre-paid return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase (ex: packing list).

  • Exchanges

    Bows can be exchanged for a new size or pattern within 14 days of receipt. Customer is responsible for covering the pre-paid return shipping label cost ($4.00). Once bows are shipped from customer, Mama's Girl Bows will ship new bows within 2 - 3 business days. Mama's Girl Bows & More will cover the shipping expense of the new bows back to the customer.

Care Instructions

If your bow requires cleaning, use a cloth and a mild soap to spot clean. Lay bow flat to dry. Please never wash your bows in a washing machine or dryer. They are delicate items.

Gift Wrapping

Can I send an order as a gift?

Of course! Just put the recipients name and address in the ship-to fields. Then just leave a note on your order letting us know it is a gift and leave a personal message if you would like. We will be sure to write out your message on a card and not include the invoice.

How are the bows packaged?

All of our bows come neatly packaged in clear protective packaging along with one of our Thank You cards so they can find our shop! Perfect and ready for gift giving!

Untied Bow or Damaged

Oh No! The worst has happened and your bow has become untied! No Fear, Fairy Bow Mother can get you fixed up!

Any bows that become untied within 30 days of purchase will be reshipped by MGB free of charge.

Any Bows that come untied after 30 days of purchase, the customer will be responsible for shipping cost. New bow will be same size of originally shipped bow.

Photo Proof must be emailed to mamasgirlbowsandmore@gmail.com.

If an order arrives damaged please reach out so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
